Minefield
Minefield is a combination of two of our most popular games; Dodgeball and Sharks & Seals. This is a game where you have to be constantly aware of your surroundings and using your peripheral vision is a huge advantage. The goal of the game is for the Seals to make it back and forth across the ocean as many times as it takes until they are the last Seal still swimming! This is a fun, engaging game for all students, even when a student gets "out" of the game. gtimeThugg g, dofoofofofwheww DSSSeedbalballdgdcgggggggggriwkicfkc, ebal poo pf

Rules
- There are 3 different positions in this game: Cannons, Sea Critters, and Seals.
- The safe zones during the games for the Seals will be called the "Sand" and the unsafe area for the Seals will be called the "Ocean"
- The goal of the game for the Seals is to make is safely back and forth across the Ocean as many times as it takes until they are the
last Seal still swimming. As Seals swim across the Ocean, they are not allowed, to dive, slide, roll, or crawl on the ground. Seals are
allowed to jump, any time during the game as long as it is not over a Ship.
- The game will be set up with a rectangular perimeter with hula-hoops scattered among the playing area. In this game, the hula-
hoops are called the "Ships". 1 player called a Cannon will be assigned to each Ship. The Cannons are allowed to have one foam-
ball, (which will be called a Cannon Ball) and are only allowed to use that exact Cannon Ball for the rest of the game.
- The goal of the game for the Cannons is to hit the Seals with their Cannon Balls. The Cannons are only allowed to throw the Cannon
Balls when they are in their assigned Ship. If a Cannon misses hits or misses their target, they need to run out of their Ship and
obtain their Cannon Ball. Only if they are back in their assigned Ship are they allowed to throw their Cannon Ball again.
- When a Seal gets hit by a Cannon Ball, they then become a Sea Critter. The Sea Critters are allowed to crawl on the Ocean floor
and attempt to tag the Seals. If a Sea Critter tags a Seal, that Seal then becomes a Sea Critter as well.
- If a Seal gets hit in the head while they are running standing straight up, that hit does not count and they will continue to play as a
Seal. If a seal is ducking, or jumping trying to avoid a Cannon Ball and gets hit in the head, that is a legal hit and the Seal that got it
will become a Sea Critter.
- Sea Critters may crawl on both their hands and feet, or they may also crouch down and do a "duck walk" to move around during the
game.
- In order for a Seal to be turned into a Sea Critter by a Cannon, the Cannon Ball that was thrown must have been in the air the entire
time before making contact with the Seal. If a Cannon Ball hits the ground first, or is rolled and then hits the Seal, it does not count
as a legal hit and the Seal continues to play the game as a Seal.
- When only 1 Seal remains in the game, they will be declared the winner and a new game will begin.
